4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Prepare Potatoes:
In a bowl, toss baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, half the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and half the Italian seasoning.
Season Chicken:
Rub chicken breasts with remaining olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
Assemble:
Place seasoned potatoes in the baking dish. Nestle the chicken breasts among the potatoes.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F/75°C) and potatoes are tender.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
