Ingredients

1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

3 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak bites in a single layer, sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until fragrant.

Return steak bites to skillet, toss to coat in cowboy butter sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, then toss again.

Serve warm with crusty bread or over rice.
