Garlic Parmesan Cowboy Butter Steak Bites Recipe

  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add steak bites in a single layer, sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until fragrant.

  • Return steak bites to skillet, toss to coat in cowboy butter sauce.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, then toss again.

 

  • Serve warm with crusty bread or over rice.
