1 lb Brussels sprouts (halved)

3 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic (minced)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional, for serving)
Instructions

Prepare the Oven & Pan:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the Brussels Sprouts:

In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts:

Spread them out evenly on the baking sheet, cut side down.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Add Parmesan & Serve:

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan during the last 5 minutes of roasting.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve warm.
