Golden Garlic Cheese Bombs: Cheesy, Buttery, and Irresistibly Delicious

For the Cheese Bombs:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1 inch each)

2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

For Dipping:

Marinara sauce


Instructions

Prepare the Cheese Bombs:

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.

Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each circle.

Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal.

Bake the Bombs:

5. Arrange the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.

7. Brush the butter mixture over each dough ball.

8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
