2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup granola
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread half of the granola evenly on the bottom of the dish.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the granola and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining granola, mixed berries, and chopped nuts on top.
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
Cut into bars and serve immediately.
