Ingredients
For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg
-
3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

1 tsp oregano
-
1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt
-
1/2 cucumber, grated & drained of excess water

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, dill, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Roll mixture into small meatballs (about 1–1.5 inches).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked. (Or bake at 400°F/200°C for 18–20 minutes.)

While meatballs cook, prepare tzatziki by mixing yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

Serve meatballs warm with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.

Garnish with extra parsley or dill.
