Ingredients
For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp cumin
-
1 egg
-
Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt
-
1/2 cucumber, grated & squeezed dry

1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, egg, salt & pepper. Mix until just combined.

Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. (Alternatively, bake at 400°F / 200°C for 18–20 minutes.)

For tzatziki, stir together Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt & pepper until creamy. Chill until ready to serve.

Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki on the side.

Pair with pita bread, rice, or a Greek salad for a full meal.
