Greek Yogurt Parfait with Honey and Almonds – A Healthy, Protein-Packed Breakfast

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup granola (optional)
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey.

  • Add a layer of fresh berries, followed by a sprinkle of toasted almonds.

  • Repeat layers as desired.

  • Top with a final drizzle of honey and extra almonds or granola if using.

 

  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
