Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
6 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, or arugula)
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese (optional)
For the Lime Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine greens, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion.
