Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin strips
1/4 cup hummus or Greek yogurt (optional, for spreading)
4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C). Let rest before slicing into strips.

While chicken is cooking, grill zucchini strips for 2–3 minutes per side until slightly tender and grill marks appear.

Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of hummus or Greek yogurt, if desired.

Add a few fresh spinach or lettuce leaves, followed by grilled zucchini, sliced chicken, and crumbled feta cheese.

Roll up the wraps tightly and serve with lemon wedges for a fresh touch.
