2 large chicken breasts

2 cups broccoli florets

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
Prepare Chicken:
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill Chicken:
Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove and let rest before slicing.
Cook Broccoli:
In a skillet, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Make Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble Bowls:
Divide rice or quinoa (if using) into bowls. Top with sliced grilled chicken and sautéed broccoli. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
