Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad Recipe: A Fresh Summer Delight

2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 cups arugula or mixed greens
8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or chopped almonds
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or reduction
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  • Brush peach halves with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • Grill peaches for 2–3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened.

  • Arrange arugula or mixed greens on a platter.

  • Place grilled peaches on top, then add torn pieces of burrata cheese.

  • Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts or chopped almonds and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

 

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
