Ingredients
2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted)
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or vinaigrette
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush peach halves with olive oil and place cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 2–3 minutes until char marks appear. Let cool slightly, then slice.

In a large bowl or platter, arrange the mixed greens. Top with grilled peach slices, red onion, feta, and toasted nuts.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze or vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
