Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa: A Perfect Blend of Flavor and Nutrition

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Juice of 1 lime

For the mango salsa:
1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  • Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and lime juice.

  • Grill salmon for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

  • Meanwhile, mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.

 

  • Serve grilled salmon topped with fresh mango salsa.
