Ingredients
For the Sliders:
1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
8 large eggs
2 tbsp butter
½ cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
6 slices ham or sausage patties
8 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
For the Butter Glaze:
4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
½ tsp paprika
Instructions
Prepare the Eggs:
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble until just set. Set aside.
Assemble the Sliders:
3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
4. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keeping them connected). Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
5. Layer with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon or sausage, and cheese slices.
6. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
Make the Glaze:
7. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, honey, and paprika.
8. Brush the glaze evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Bake:
9. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
10. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
Serve:
11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with ketchup or hot sauce.
