1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or reduction

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Arrange Ingredients:
On a serving platter, alternate slices of peaches and mozzarella. Scatter cherry tomato halves and basil leaves over the top.
2. Drizzle:
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the salad.
3. Season:
Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Serve:
Serve immediately as a light appetizer or side dish.
