Homemade Banana Ice Cream – Easy, Creamy & Delicious Recipe

4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

½ cup heavy cream or milk (for a lighter version)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

 

Add heavy cream (or milk), honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend again until creamy and well combined.

 

For soft-serve consistency, serve immediately. For a firmer texture, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours.

 

Scoop and enjoy as-is or with toppings like chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or caramel drizzle.
