Ingredients
Casserole Base:

1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (15 oz) can creamed corn

1 cup sour cream
-
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
-
2 tbsp honey
-
¼ tsp salt
Honey Glaze (Optional but Amazing):

2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp butter
-
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional for a cozy twist)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven

Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or casserole dish.
2. Mix the Casserole

In a large bowl, combine both corns, sour cream, melted butter, corn muffin mix, honey, and salt.

Stir just until combined—don’t overmix.
3. Bake

Pour mixture into the prepared dish.

Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and the center is set.
4. Honey Glaze Time (Optional)

While casserole bakes, melt honey and butter together in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.

Stir in cinnamon if using.

Brush glaze over the casserole as soon as it comes out of the oven.
5. Cool & Serve

Let sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
