Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.

Serve hot with a side of rice, salad, or grilled veggies.
