Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Pour in the honey lemon glaze and toss to coat the shrimp. Cook for another minute until the glaze slightly thickens.

Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
