Honey Lemon Glazed Shrimp – Quick, Flavorful & Healthy Dinner Recipe

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic. Set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

  • Pour in the honey lemon glaze and toss to coat the shrimp. Cook for another minute until the glaze slightly thickens.

 

  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
