12 ounces penne pasta

2 tablespoons butter

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 ½ cups heavy cream or milk

½ cup chicken broth

1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)


Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

 

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add diced chicken. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

 

Reduce the heat to low and stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

 

Fold in the cooked penne pasta and crumbled bacon, stirring until well coated. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

 

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
