Ingredients
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (about 8×8 inches or similar size).

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies for dipping.
