2 cups leftover stuffing

1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or chopped

1 egg, lightly beaten

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried thyme or poultry seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Olive oil or cooking spray (for baking)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix the Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, turkey, egg, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Mix until everything is evenly incorporated and the mixture holds together when pressed.

Form the Balls:

Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball using your hands.

Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Bake:

Lightly brush the tops with olive oil or spray with cooking spray for a golden finish.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the balls are crisp and golden on the outside.

Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or even a side of leftover mashed potatoes.
