  • Author: Hannah

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups leftover stuffing

  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or chopped

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp dried thyme or poultry seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for baking)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, turkey, egg, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley.

    • Mix until everything is evenly incorporated and the mixture holds together when pressed.

  • Form the Balls:

    • Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball using your hands.

    • Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the mixture.

  • Bake:

    • Lightly brush the tops with olive oil or spray with cooking spray for a golden finish.

    • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the balls are crisp and golden on the outside.

  • Serve:

    • Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or even a side of leftover mashed potatoes.
