Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
