1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
Assemble Rolls:
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cheesecake filling onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up from wide end to point and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Make Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
Glaze and Serve:
Drizzle glaze over warm crescent rolls. Serve and enjoy!
