Instructions

Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Prepare the salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

Place them on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if the skin is on.

Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets.
