Ingredients
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the chicken and pour the lemon honey mixture over the top.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
