4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and nicely charred.

Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
