Ingredients

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

2 tbsp melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish.

In a bowl, mix chicken, pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over casserole.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm!
