Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Parmesan Crust Topping:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Spread ranch dressing over each breast, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

In a small bowl, mix all topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken.

Bake for 15–20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden and crispy.
