Ingredients

1 bag frozen French fries (or 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or drizzle to taste)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake 20–25 minutes (or according to package instructions) until crispy and golden.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Return to oven 3–5 minutes until melted.

Top with bacon, green onions, and parsley.

Drizzle with ranch dressing.
