Marry Me Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine)

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips or cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in tomato paste, chicken broth, and heavy cream.

  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  5. Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the creamy sauce.

  6. Add pasta and stir until well coated.

  7. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
