- 4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, halibut, or sea bass)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp capers (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Prepare the Fish:
- Place the fish fillets in the baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes onto the fish.

Add Mediterranean Toppings:
- Scatter cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, and capers around the fish.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.

Bake the Fish:
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
