Marry Me Shrimp Pasta: A Creamy, Irresistible Recipe That Wins Hearts

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Sauté shrimp in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1–2 minutes.

  • Add cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Simmer 3–4 minutes.

  • Return shrimp and cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat.

 

  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
