Ingredients

8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté shrimp in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1–2 minutes.

Add cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Simmer 3–4 minutes.

Return shrimp and cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
