Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 small flour tortillas
Olive oil, for brushing
Optional: red pepper flakes, grated Parmesan, fresh basil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in chopped pepperoni, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Lightly brush tortillas with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Spoon meat mixture into each tortilla and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot, topped with red pepper flakes, Parmesan, or fresh basil if desired.
