Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
½ cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, and ¾ cup of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
