  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing (creamy style)

  • ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Prepare the Chicken:

    • Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

    • Season with garlic powder and black pepper.

  • Make the Sauce:

    • In a bowl, mix together Caesar dressing, sour cream (if using), and Parmesan cheese.

    • Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

  • Bake:

    • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C).

    • For a golden top, broil on high for the last 2-3 minutes.

 

  • Garnish & Serve:

    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

    • Serve with roasted veggies, salad, or over pasta or rice.
