M&M Cookie Dough Fudge: The Ultimate No-Bake Dessert You’ll Crave Again and Again

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup mini M&M’s

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

*To heat-treat flour: microwave in 30-second intervals to 165°F or bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to kill bacteria.


Instructions

Make Cookie Dough Base:
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add flour and salt, mixing until dough forms.

Add M&M’s:
Fold in mini M&M’s gently. Set aside.

Melt Fudge Base:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth and melted.

Combine & Set:
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the cookie dough mixture. Mix until well combined.

Chill:
Pour into a lined 8×8-inch pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra M&M’s on top if desired. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm.

Serve:
Cut into squares and enjoy!
