  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade taco seasoning)

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded

  • 1 medium tomato, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Sour cream, salsa, or guacamole (optional, for serving)


Instructions

  • Cook the Beef:

    • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

    • Drain excess grease if necessary, then stir in the taco seasoning and water.

    • Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the mixture thickens and is well combined.

  • Prepare the Wraps:

    • Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds until soft and pliable.

  • Assemble the Wraps:

    • Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the seasoned beef mixture down the center.

    • Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

    • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced red onion.

 

  • Wrap and Serve:

    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to enclose the filling.

    • Slice the wrap in half and serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole if desired.
