Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or preferred flavor)
1/2 banana or 1 tbsp sugar-free pudding mix (for creaminess)
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a blender or shaker, combine almond milk, protein powder, banana or pudding mix, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 12 hours.
Once frozen, place the container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Protein” setting.
If the texture is too icy, add 1-2 tbsp milk and re-spin until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
