Ingredients
For the Crust:

1 ½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Oreos)

5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

½ cup heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:

¼ cup chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)

Whipped cream (optional)

Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

In a bowl, mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.

Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add melted chocolate and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture.

Assemble & Chill:

Spread the chocolate cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.

Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

Add Toppings & Serve:

Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
