No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Bars: The Ultimate Decadent Dessert

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Oreos)

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Chocolate shavings (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • In a bowl, mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.

    • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.

    • Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    • Add melted chocolate and mix until well combined.

    • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture.

  • Assemble & Chill:

    • Spread the chocolate cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.

    • Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

 

  • Add Toppings & Serve:

    • Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.

    • Slice into bars and enjoy!
