24 Fireworks Oreos (or regular Oreos with popping candy)

5 tbsp melted butter

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup chopped Fireworks Oreos (for filling)

Red, white & blue sprinkles (for topping)

Extra Fireworks Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions

Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.

Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Gently fold in chopped Oreos. Spread mixture evenly over the crust.

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.

Before serving, top with sprinkles and extra Oreos for garnish.
