No Bake Fireworks Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

  • 24 Fireworks Oreos (or regular Oreos with popping candy)

  • 5 tbsp melted butter

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup chopped Fireworks Oreos (for filling)

  • Red, white & blue sprinkles (for topping)

  • Extra Fireworks Oreos (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.

  • Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

  • Gently fold in chopped Oreos. Spread mixture evenly over the crust.

  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.

  • Before serving, top with sprinkles and extra Oreos for garnish.

 

  • Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy the fireworks in every bite!
