No-Bake Key Lime Cream Pie Recipe – Light, Creamy & Bursting with Citrus Flavor

Ingredients

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

For the Topping (Optional):
Extra whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
Lime slices or zest, for garnish


Instructions

  • Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes while preparing the filling.

  • Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

  • Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.

  • Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Chill to Set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.

 

  • Garnish and Serve: Top with extra whipped cream, lime slices, or zest before serving. Serve cold for best flavor and texture.
