  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  • Blend mangoes until smooth (about 1½ cups puree).

  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.

  • Fold in condensed milk, mango puree, and vanilla gently.

 

  • Pour into a container, cover, and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
