2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions

Blend mangoes until smooth (about 1½ cups puree).

Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.

Fold in condensed milk, mango puree, and vanilla gently.

Pour into a container, cover, and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
