Ingredients
250 g pasta (penne or fusilli)
400 g ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cooking the Meat
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef and garlic, cooking until the meat is browned.
Adding Seasonings
Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir in mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Cooking the Pasta
Pour in the beef broth and milk. Bring to a boil, then add the pasta. Reduce heat and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Adding the Cheese
Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Serving
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or extra cheese if desired.
