Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni works best)

1 1/2 cups marinara sauce

1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in marinara sauce and heavy cream, simmering for 2–3 minutes.

Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss until well coated.

Stir in mozzarella and half of the Parmesan until melted and creamy.

Top with remaining Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
