Peach and Prosciutto Salad Recipe: A Perfect Blend of Fresh and Savory

Ingredients

4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or baby kale)
2 ripe peaches, sliced
4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
1/4 cup toasted almonds or pecans
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)

For the dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

  • In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with the dressing.

  • Arrange the dressed greens on serving plates.

  • Top with peach slices, prosciutto, goat cheese, and toasted nuts.

  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze for an added touch of sweetness (optional).

 

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
