2 ripe peaches, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a kick)

1 ball fresh burrata cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

1/4 cup toasted walnuts or pecans (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Crostini or crusty bread, for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss peach slices with olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Roast peaches for 12–15 minutes until caramelized and slightly softened.

Place burrata in the center of a serving dish or shallow bowl.

Arrange roasted peaches around the burrata.

Sprinkle with basil leaves and toasted nuts.

Drizzle with extra honey or olive oil if desired.

Serve immediately with crostini or crusty bread for dipping.
