Peach Burrata Dip Recipe – A Creamy, Sweet, and Savory Delight

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a kick)

  • 1 ball fresh burrata cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or pecans (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Crostini or crusty bread, for serving


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Toss peach slices with olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  • Roast peaches for 12–15 minutes until caramelized and slightly softened.

  • Place burrata in the center of a serving dish or shallow bowl.

  • Arrange roasted peaches around the burrata.

  • Sprinkle with basil leaves and toasted nuts.

  • Drizzle with extra honey or olive oil if desired.

 

  • Serve immediately with crostini or crusty bread for dipping.
