For the Filling:

5 cups fresh or canned peaches (peeled and sliced)

For the Cinnamon Crumble Topping:

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp salt

½ cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into small pieces)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, mix peaches with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Make the Crumble Topping:

In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture is crumbly.

Evenly sprinkle the crumble over the peach mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the topping is golden and crispy.
