For the Peach Filling:

For the Cinnamon Crumble Topping:

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Peach Filling:

In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

Pour into the prepared baking dish.

Make the Cinnamon Crumble:

In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Pour in melted butter and mix until crumbs form.

Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon crumble over the peaches.
